Modern Logic Tech is the independent practice of Matthew Choo. I design and ship privacy-first apps — and partner with founders building modern software that respects the people using it.
Five apps in market, each built around a single principle: your data stays on your device. No tracking, no telemetry, no surprises in the terms.
Direct engagement with founders and small teams. MVPs, full-stack builds, and modernization — done by the person actually writing the code.
No account managers, no offshore handoffs. You work directly with me from first call to final commit. Small by design.
A booking app made for solo professionals — coaches, therapists, consultants, stylists. One calendar, your own brand, no marketplace in the middle.
A professional-grade suite for managing and reading your digital library — across iOS, Android, the web, and Windows, with native performance everywhere.
A growing collection of small, sharp utilities that run entirely in your browser. No uploads, no accounts, no telemetry — just tools that do one thing well.
What is Modern Logic Tech?
An independent software studio run by Matthew Choo in Seri Kembangan, Malaysia. Two sides: consumer apps sold directly on the App Store and Microsoft Store, and direct freelance engagements for founders building modern software.
Do your apps track me?
No. Every app ships with the same default: no analytics, no telemetry, no behavioural pings. Your data stays on your device. Where sync is needed (like iCloud), it happens inside your own account — never on a server we control.
What platforms are your apps on?
iOS, macOS, Windows, Android, and browser. Different products cover different platforms — Luxebook is iOS/macOS/Windows, BiblioFuse covers iOS/Android/Web/Windows, LokalTools runs in any browser. See the full catalogue.
How do I hire you for a project?
Email support@mlogictech.com with a short brief — what you're building, rough timeline, rough budget. A free 30-minute scoping call follows. Two project slots are open per quarter; lead time is typically a few weeks.
Is it really one developer?
Yes. Matthew designs, engineers, and supports every line of work that ships under this name. No account managers, no outsourcing. Small by design — because that's the only way to care about every commit.
